Total Visibility (T.V.) is a Resource Management Database with a Photo ID Accountability System. The Total Visibility System was funded through the East Central Task Force (ECTF) and is deployed throughout the seven county region of Berks, Columbia, Luzerne, Montour, Northumberland, Schuylkill and Wyoming Counties. The system is available to fire, law enforcement, E.M.S., municipalities (for public works and elected & appointed officials), the County, municipal Emergency Management Agencies and specialized teams. The photo I.D.’s are a critical part of the 3 tag accountability system implemented within the fire service. The I.D.’s also help to properly identify public works staff, stemming the number of instances when individuals gain access to residences and businesses while posing as a public employee or agent.
