Tier II Resources

The Schuylkill County Emergency Management Agency and Local Emergency Planning Committee is now utilizing an interactive website called Tier II Manager to track hazardous material information in Schuylkill County. This site allows businesses and industries to log in to a secure section of our server and input or update the facility's Tier II data. This process is a paperless alternative to the traditional method of filing the annual Tier II reports required by federal and state legislation.

To assist the industrial community, we have pre-populated data from the most current reporting year. Facilities can contact John Matz, jmatz@co.schuylkill.pa.us, for their login and password information to begin their initial session. Afterwards, our office can assist by phone or with one-on-one training at our facility or at your business.

Note: The URL to the Schuylkill County E.M.A. Online Tier II Manager Reporting System has been updated as of 7/1/2005.
